Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times range from 3–7 business days (U.S. orders), but may vary depending on carrier delays and location.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. nursify is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. nursify is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the re-shipping fee.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date. Provide your order number and photos (if applicable) to shopnursify@gmail.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
International Shipping
At this time, Nursify ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping outside of these regions.
