Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is damaged or defective. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order at shopnursify@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 40% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. nursify is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Final Sale Items

All other purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
